REFUND POLICIES AND TURN AROUND TIME (TAT)

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will only be considered in cases where there is a clear, visible deficiency in the services or products provided by the International Startup Foundation (ISF). 

2. Change of Mind Requests

Refunds will not be considered if a participant has paid for a service and subsequently requests a refund due to a change of mind. ISF is not responsible for refunds in such cases.

3. Refund Requests After Service Delivery

Refund requests will not be entertained after the completion and delivery of the service. However, participants will have the option to use the amount paid for an alternative or additional service within ISF, amounting to the same value. The credited amount can be applied in part or in full towards the new service. 

4. Refund Request Process

Participants can initiate a refund request by contacting us at info@indiastartupfoundation.org. Requests must be made within 30 days of the service or product purchase date. Refund requests received after completion notification via email, or any form of communication will be deemed invalid and not considered.

6. Refund Approval and Processing

If a refund request is approved by the International Startup Foundation, the participant will be notified via email. The refund process may take a minimum of 15 business days to process. The 

refunded amount will be credited to the participant’s bank account. ISF ensures careful and timely handling of the refund process to return the funds to participants promptly. 

EVENT CANCELLATION

If ISF cancels an event, participants will receive a full refund of their registration fees. ISF is not responsible for any other costs incurred by participants. 

Force Majeure

ISF reserves the right to modify or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other force majeure events. In such cases, participants will be informed, and the refund policy will be applied accordingly.
