Event Participation and Membership
Event Registrations
ISF conducts startup festivals and various activities at different locations. Upon successful registration for an event, participants will receive confirmation via email, including event details, schedules, and any other relevant information.
Membership
ISF offers memberships that provide access to exclusive events, networking opportunities, and resources. Upon successful membership registration, members will receive a confirmation email outlining the membership details and benefits.
Payment Receipts
Upon completing the registration for events or membership, participants and members will receive an electronic payment receipt. This receipt will detail the transaction, including the amount paid, payment method, and confirmation of successful payment.
Delivery Methods
Given the nature of ISF’s activities, there are no physical products to be delivered. Participants and members will receive all necessary information electronically via email or through the ISF website/app.
Event Location and Access
For startup festivals and activities, event locations and access details will be communicated well in advance through official channels. Participants are responsible for their own transportation and accommodation unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Membership Benefits Access
Members will gain access to exclusive benefits, resources, and networking opportunities through their membership accounts on the ISF platform. Any digital content or resources associated with the membership will be accessible online.
Delivery Timeframe
The delivery timeframe for event confirmations and membership details is immediate upon successful registration or membership approval. Participants and members are encouraged to check their email and the ISF platform for timely updates.
Refund and Cancellation
